Job Title:  Senior Lettings Manager Location: Guildford, Surrey Salary: Basic: Circa £30,000 - £45,000. OTE: £85K+ (DOE)   Company Overview: Our client is a prestigious independent lettings agency based in Guildford, Surrey. With a long-standing reputation for excellence in property management and lettings services, we are now seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The role is broadly that of a Senior Lettings Manager, but you will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Company Owner / Director    Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Lettings Manager  to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our clients agency. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of lettings, a strong grasp of lettings legislation, and a track record of high-performance in listing properties and converting appraisals into successful instructions.   Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a 360-degree knowledge of lettings operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of service. Act as a high-performing lister, proficient in conducting property appraisals and converting them into successful instructions, driving the growth of the business. Showcase a deep understanding of property management to effectively oversee and support property management operations when required. Deputise for the Company Director in their absence, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the agency's standards. Collaborate with the team to strategise and implement plans for business growth without compromising the loyalty of existing landlord and investor clients. Contribute to profit-sharing opportunities and work towards a potential career path to shareholding in future years for the right candidate. Requirements: Extensive experience in the lettings industry with a proven track record of success. Comprehensive knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations. Excellent appraisal-to-instruction conversion rate with a strong history of high performance in property listing. Solid understanding of property management practices and operations. Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to deputise for the Company Director.
